The organizers are seeking organizations that are making a tangible contribution to equal opportunities in the working environment – be it with innovative, cutting-edge measures or through high-impact leadership personalities who lead by example and who create a culture for equal opportunities throughout the organization with suitable frame conditions.
24 April 2017: The Chef:innensache initiative is presenting the Chef:innensache Award for the second time: organizations are sought that are making a real contribution to equal opportunities in the working world – be it with innovative, cutting-edge measures or through high-impact leadership personalities who lead by example and who create a culture for equal opportunities throughout the organization. Eligible to apply are organizations of all kinds and sizes, although small and medium-sized companies are especially encouraged.
In this way, the initiative wants to recognize decision makers for their commitment, and make a contribution toward effecting and jointly shaping change in attitudes in society.
Please submit your application by June 30, 2018. It is also possible to nominate candidates. The award ceremony will be held in conjunction with the ZEIT Economic Forum on September 27, 2018 at St. Michaelis, Hamburg’s main church.

The Initiative Chef:innensache does not award a Chef:innensache-Award in 2019.
