German Chancellor Angela Merkel supports new initiative ‘Chefsache’ – for a balanced ratio of women and men in top positions
Berlin, July 13, 2015: On Monday (July 13), 11 founding members presented a new initiative in Berlin in support of a balanced ratio of women and men in leadership positions. The initiative is called “Chefsache“ in German to indicate its top prority; roughly it means: “a matter for the chief executive.“ The initiative’s network brings together senior leaders from the worlds of business, academia, the social sciences, public administration, and the media.
